Description
- L=225mm (1/4″,3/8″)
- Use to install and tighten the band-it and strap style clamp on CV joint boots, power steering rack and
pinion steering gear boots - Bands are installed into the tool and tightened by turning the tool handle
- Use a 1/2″ socket/wrench or by hand to wind the band until sufficient tension is applied
- When boot clamp has been tightened to specs, the built-in cutter cuts the band by flipping tool lever (at the front of the tool) forward
- Easy to remove the tool by sliding sideways after the band is tightened
