POWERCRAFT WARRANTY

 

ElektroWerk Inc. warrants this Powercraft Tool and its parts for three (3) months from date of purchase on the following terms:

  1. When claiming this warranty, present your bill of sale or invoice as proof of purchase. Warranty card should bear serial number of the tool.
  2. All warranty servicing of this tool must be made by authorized Powercraft Service Centers only.
  3. This warranty is effective only if the tool is purchased and used in the Philippines.
  4. Warranty covers only factory defects in parts or workmanship.
  5. No person, agent, distributor, dealer, service center, or company is authorized to change, modify, or extend the terms of this warranty.
  6. Warranty does not apply where:
    1. Repairs, or attempted repairs have been made by persons unauthorized Service Center personnel.
    2. Repairs are due to normal wear and tear.
    3. Misuse is evident, like using the tool beyond the rated capacity; use of the tool after partial failure, or use with the wrong accessories.
    4. To claim warranty service, arrange for the delivery of the tool to authorized Powercraft Service Center. Tools from cities outside Metro Manila, and the provinces should be insured and properly packed with the receipt, warranty card, and description of the defect. The freight and insurance charges should be prepaid.

Read the manual on operation and safety before using the tool. ElektroWerk Inc. is not liable for any resulting or incidental damages.

 

AEG WARRANTY

 

Power Tools, warrants tool and its parts to a period of six months from date of purchase subject to the following conditions:

  1. Retain your bill of sale or receipt as a proof of purchase when claiming for warranty.
  2. All warranty servicing of this tool must be made by EWI Service Center or at any authorized service centers.
  3. This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the Philippines.
  4. Warranty extends only to factory defects in parts or workmanship. It does not extended to any tool or part which have been lost or discarded; or to tool which have been altered modified.
  5. Read the instruction manual and safety instructions before operating this tool.
  6. No person, agent, distributor, dealer, service center or company is authorized to change, modify or extend the terms of these warranty in any manner or whatsoever.
  7. Warranty does not apply where:
    1. Repairs or attempted repairs have been made by person other than authorized service center personnel;
    2. Repairs are due to normal wear and tear;
    3. Misuse is evident (including , among other things, overloading the tool beyond its rated capacity; use of the tool after partial failure, or use with improper accessories).
  8. To claim for warranty service, arrange for the delivery of the tool to EWI Service Center or at any authorized service center. Tools from provinces should be properly packed and insured. Together with the receipt and the warranty card, send also a copy of brief explanation of the defect. All transportation and insurance charges should be prepaid.
  9. All claims will not be honored without a valid warranty card.
