Job Responsibilities
  • Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents.
  • Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger.
  • Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer; processing backups.
  • Verifies financial reports by running performance analysis software program.
  • Determines value of depreciable assets by running depreciation software program.
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
1. SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Job Qualifications: 
•Must have a diploma or degree in Engineering, Electronics and other technical courses
•Work experience in similar job is advantage
•Must be analytical and detail-oriented to process technical problems and concerns effectively
•Must be courteous with good customer service skills to maintain good client relations
•Must be open to travelling to conduct customer repairs
Job Responsibilities
•Serves existing accounts by analysing work orders; planning daily travel schedule (as needed); investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems
•Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering needed tools and parts; performing acceptance tests
•Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements
•Keeps repair and maintenance tools and equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs
•Documents service actions by completing forms, reports, and records; Submits monthly report of all requests and services rendered to Customer Service Head Officer
•Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities regarding product information, repair and maintenance
•Recommends solutions to improve quality of machines for product development
2. ONLINE MARKETING OFFICER
Job Qualifications:
•College Graduate or Bachelor’s Degree in any course.
•Computer literate and trainable to handle Online transactions such as but not limited to Facebook, Shopee and Lazada platforms.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Software especially MS Excel.
•Best if you have Proficient Photoshop skill.
•Best if you have skills in website troubleshooting.
•Full time working in our office.
•Have experience on Sales; good communication ability on both Tagalog and English.
•Be able to solve problems independently, have strong learning ability and being diligent.
•Honest manner and high integrity.
•Be willing to communicate and collaborate, have a team spirit and strong sense of responsibility.
•Has a certain ability to withstand pressure, and has a self-motivated spirit.
•Can bear hardships and stand hard work, perseverance until get the work done.
 
Job Responsibilities:
•Handling and monitoring sale on online platforms.
•Managing support from customers via online chat support, phone calls and emails, identifying clients’ needs, clarify information, research concerns and provide timely responses / solutions.
•Responsible in Online Sales and Marketing of the company
•Manages and monitors Ecommerce and Online Sales Channels, Social Media accounts
•Achieves monthly sales goals and source for new partnership / client for the company
•Work with other Sales Executives to develop strategies to attract more potential clients
•Responsible in Online Sales Campaign and planning of marketing strategy
•Planning preparation and coordination of the company required marketing collaterals.
•Prepare advertisements, brochures, flyers and other promotional materials needed in the implementation of marketing programs in online shopping sales.
•Develop and implement mechanisms for securing client/customer feedback regarding the services and programs of the institution.
•Responsible for the over-all administrative and coordination functions for the Online Marketing Department
•Maintain Official website/s of the company including product upload / update and basic website troubleshooting as per needs arise.
